Giving back to the community
Kathy Day has seen the positive effects a positive adult in a young person’s life can have, and her virtual firm has been another way that she is able to mentor and collaborate with other small business owners. “I believe it’s critical to give back and to share my knowledge with others, so they too, can be successful. There is nothing more fulfilling than seeing the members of my virtual team succeed. We’ve all managed to find the balance in our professional and personal lives. That’s critical to being able to produce consistently good work for our clients.”
