From organizing a volunteer, citywide cleanup for the Anchorage Chamber, to helping host an international sports competition like the Special Olympics World Winter Games, KD/PR Virtual is no stranger to special event coordination.
From trade shows to grand openings, anniversaries and celebrations, KD/PR Virtual has years of experience assisting clients to put on memorable special events. For the last two years, we have coordinated BP’s Community Picnics across the state. In 2003, and again in 2006, KD/PR Virtual won the bid to produce the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce Citywide Cleanup. For more than a decade, KD/PR Virtual has helped to ensure the success of two of Alaska’s largest trade shows — the Great Alaska Sportsman Show and Alaska Women’s Show.
From assisting Alaska’s new neurology medical clinic with its grand opening to introducing the state’s first long-term acute care hospital, St. Elias Specialty Hospital, to the community, KD/PR will make sure the event is well-planned, organized and successful.
We also have experience organizing conferences, coordinating children’s contests, arranging for Mayor’s or Governor’s proclamations, overseeing catering and entertainment and arranging for dignitaries, celebrities or noted speakers to attend grand openings, awards ceremonies or other special events.
